Crosslink Polyethylene (XLPE) is an extremely durable foam that is very popular in returnable packs and material handling applications that hold customer's items in place during shipping or labeling. Available in 1.5lb density to 15lb density, there are countless applications for this versatile material.   

Polyethylene (PE) foam is a closed-cell foam that is most popularly die cut for its high compression strength. PE is highly resistant to water absorption and moisture and is able to handle high compression without permanent warping. 

Polyurethane (PU) is a lightweight open-celled foam typically used to protect fragile or sensitive goods in packaging. It is very versatile because of its resiliency, shock absorption, and resistance to moisture. 

Particle board  is an extruded wood product made from fibers and resins. It is commonly used for packaging fixtures to separate items in layers in packaging. It is also used to make flanges for spools and can be used in dense build up blocks (BUB).   

Plastic corrugated (PCOR) is a recyclable double-wall extruded plastic 4mm-10mm. Available in many colors, it is known for its strong properties and weather resistance and is commonly used for partitions in the packaging industry.  

Acrylic is a transparent plastic material most recently used in COVID PPE applications as sneeze guards or partitions.
